Quentin West

Quentin West is an associate member of the VPREDM team, contributing broad experience in economic development and planning, commercial leasing and investment sales,  and real estate advisory, coupled with a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Notable projects and experience includes:

• Leasing and Investment Sales – 500,000 SF Commercial Property
• Southlake Development (Bowie, MD) – $50 million TIF valuation and fiscal impact analysis
• City of Bowie (Maryland) – Public-Private development analysis and opportunities study
• Various public sector clients – analysis and due diligence
