Ralph Basile

Ralph J. Basile is the Owner of Vantage Point Real Estate Development Management, LLC, of Annapolis, Maryland, a real estate development management and economics advisory firm which assists public and private clients. Coupled with his 37 years of extensive development, business and investment experience, Mr. Basile has a broad educational background including degrees in law, city planning and urban economics.

Mr. Basile has broad experience in such diverse fields as market and financial feasibility analysis, asset management, economic planning, developer solicitations, development packaging, project funding, and project implementation and management. Mr. Basile has been responsible for a variety of consulting and development assignments, especially during the pre-development and project packaging stages of these endeavors. He has managed hundreds of development management assignments both nationally and abroad.

He has also negotiated dozens of development agreements, procured project financing for large- and small-scale projects, managed local development organizations, strategically planned various economic development projects, directed preliminary design and engineering services, and completed real estate workouts nationwide. His management and technical expertise has been employed through the conceptualization and development of both small-scale and major real estate projects carried out solely by private investors or through cooperative business arrangements facilitating transfer of real estate assets from government to private entities. To date, total transaction value is over $5 billion.
